Project description: |
Project included design from the preliminary study to the final study. The study included environmental impact assessment, geotechnical survey and mathematical modeling. The fishing shelter at Skaleta, after the construction works as a functional and fully equipped fishing shelter to serve 70 fishing vessels not exceeding 16m. |

Works description: |
- 118.50m windward mole with concrete armour units (Accropode)
- 170.85m leeward quay wall with mass concrete seawall and rock armour units
- 68.10m berths at leeward quay wall
- 155.0m berths with mass concrete sea wall
- Slipway construction with mass concrete armour units
- 25.0m pier of 3.5m width with mass concrete sea wall
- 4500 m2 land area with deck with physical stones
- Opening on leeward quay wall for sea water renewal in the basin
- sewerage and storm water drainage (surface collection channels rainwater and storm water drainage pipes, drainage ditches)
- Land facilities (waste water collection tanks and oil residues) and electrical facilities platforms (electricity supply, water supply, fire fighting, etc.)
- Extension of local road for entrance at the shelter land area
