Project description: The project under consideration is for the design of works in order to deal against the erosion of the coastline at Argasi , located southeast of the city of Zante. The total length of coastline studied was 2,50Km.

  • 1120.0m consisting of 12 rubble mound detached breakwaters with rocks
  • 80.0m of a terminal rubble mound groin with rocks
  • 70.0m extension of an existing rubble mound groin with rocks at the estuary of a stream
  • 100.0m relief of an existing rubble mound groin with rocks at the estuary of a stream
